Clean, modern, comfortable, taken care of and new. Good location. Good dinner options. 2 bars close by. The view through the room windows is the back and sides of the building. The restaurant reserves the river view.

I have the most pleasant stay. The staff are very helpful. From the front desk to cleaning staff and staff in the restaurant, they all go over and beyond to help. I don't remember all the names, however, Sri Lachmi at the front desk and Nisa at the restaurant. Every single staff member was helpful. They help with a smile.

Pretty good location. Close to Fort Kochi,, the beaches and the bridge to main land. Staff nice and helpful. Bar on site.

It looked clean, but can be better. Couple of young people working at the reception. They were nice. This is not 4 star, but it can be if they make some improvements.
